Our classes are challenging and ensure a full body workout. Classes are capped so our trainers can give personalised pointers. It doesn’t matter what level you feel you are at, we can tailor the exercises to suit you. That’s the culture we have created. We’re lucky to have Elmwood Park at our doorstep, so when weather permits classes are run outdoors.
Monday - Friday
6.00am – 6:45am
The perfect way to kickstart your day! A mix of HIIT (high intensity interval training) and cardio. Every workout is different. We do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks. Work out at your own level and pace.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
9.10am – 10.00am
A fun-filled, all-round workout class that has been fine tuned for women. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely build the muscle groups you need. You’ll feel the full body burn and walk out feeling great.
6.00pm – 7.00pm
High intensity, high energy! A one hour fusion of circuit training, boxing and core strengthening. We use boxing equipment, kettlebells, sand bags, ropes, medicine balls, TRX’s and other fun, varied equipment. This type of training is a great way to invigorate the body, burn calories, and get your metabolism going. Sure to get the heart rate pumping!
